All felow Rosaceans know about the struggles they face every day. The burning and itchy sensation on your face, the innumerable triggers: too cold, too hot, alcohol, sugar, dairy, gluten, soya...
On a bad day you don't even want to come out the house and you cannot even cover it with make up because it burns so much...
So you go out as it is...and then you get the stares...the 'helpful' comments... the OMG what happened to your face...the 'you shouldn't let yourself go like that'...
And you try to be gracious and smile and thank everyone for their concern but you wish you woul have stayed at home where you can be red but happy!
So eating out is a struggle...in a world where everything has soya on it, which is my biggest no-no (diarrhea, nausea skin breakouts...is not as much fun as you might think!)
Trying to eat healthy becomes an obssession, you avoid anything with sugar, colorants, sulphites, E's...anything that you don't know what it is basically!
The logical choice left for me is the Paleo diet. Let's see how it goes. No calorie counting yay!
